There’s plenty of reasons to celebrate on Saturday 25th February at our new Cellar Door, The Cellar by Gilbert with smart wines, wood-fired food by Pip Sumbak and a DJ on the decks ‘til late.
Along with a range of crisp Aussie beers and The Goose Apple Cider, guests will enjoy a selection of our favourite Gilbert wines.
Providing the perfect accompaniment to these food-friendly drinks, globe-trotting chef Pip Sumbak – of Pip’s Plate - will be rattling the pans; sourcing only the best local produce to cook over the newly-built fire pit.

To ensure you can truly enjoy the evening of delicious food, cider and wine a complimentary bus will depart from Mudgee CBD to drop guests at The Cellar by Gilbert, before returning guests to town at 10.30pm.
So, before the winemakers retreat to their cellars for a few gruelling months of stomping grapes, tasting juice, untangling hoses and checking ferments, come and share a laugh and drink with family and friends.
Numbers are limited and bookings are essential.
Tickets are $75 per person and include cider, wine, beer and food
as well as a seat on the shuttle bus.
