Pinot Noir is perfect for this cooler Autumn weather.

As temperatures begin to drop, now is the perfect time enjoy our range of cool-climate Pinot Noirs.

Pinot Noir is undeniably one of the most beautiful varieties out there, however, does come with its challenges. For decades, the difficulty in growing this variety has been documented, with the biggest challenge with Pinot Noir being is their thin skins. This makes them susceptible to sunburn and temperature fluctuations.

Because of these challenges Pinot Noir typically does better in cooler climates, like Orange New South Wales.

Will Gilbert, a self-claimed Pinot Noir fanatic, has spent years studying this charmed variety and when we received parcels of Premium Pinot Noir during the 2016 Vintage, he knew it was time to push himself & craft three Pinot Noir true to his style!

·       Gilbert by Simon Gilbert 2016 Pinot Noir

·       Gilbert by Simon Gilbert 2016 Pinot Noir Barrel Select
