Awards and Reviews:
“Destemmed fruit, wild yeast, fermented in a 600l concrete egg and used French oak, no malo; on lees 6 months then aged in bottle 2 years before release. It's still tightly wound with perky acidity, just revealing some character: lemon and lime zest, white stone fruit yet there's a leanness rather than austerity to this. Enjoyable nonetheless and will continue to unfurl in time.” – 93 Points – Jane Faulkner, James Halliday Wine Companion 2020
