The Gilbert family is passionate about fine wine, delicious food & family tradition. September 2016 saw them open their first tasting room, The Cellar by Gilbert located in Mudgee NSW.

They converted an old cheese factory into a tasting room & wine bar, offering their hand-crafted wines from both Mudgee & Orange NSW tastings, take-a-way & dine in available daily.
Lunch is available daily from 10 am.

Friday – Saturday 10 am – 10 pm

Friday & Saturday Night
The Cellar by Gilbert extends its opening hours until 10 pm, with our small plates and local + international wine list starting at 6 pm.

Bookings
Bookings for small groups (1-5) are not required but as capacity is
limited you are welcome to pre-book.

Watch Pip cook fresh & local produce over our fire pit while enjoying a glass of Gilbert Wine, Goose Cider or Yulli’s Craft Beer – Bookings essential as numbers are limited.
