The Gilbert family is passionate about fine wine, family heritage and local produce. The Cellar by Gilbert is their tasting room & wine bar, located just on the edge of town in Mudgee, New South Wales.

Guests may enjoy both current and museum released Gilbert wines from Mudgee, Orange & Eden Valley & Mudgee’s High Valley Cheese Co cheeses.

Saturday Long Lunch?
‘Food over Fire’ by Pip Sumbak is back every Saturday from May 19 until September 29. This is an immersive Long Lunch experience not to be missed. Lunch is set around large, farmhouse-style table and brings guests closer to the Mudgee region’s producers, as they indulge in a true ‘farm to table’ experience.

Watch Pip cook fresh & local produce over our fire pit while enjoying a glass of Gilbert Wine, Goose Cider or Yulli’s Craft Beer – Bookings essential as numbers are limited.
