Awards and Reviews:
"Vince Vaughn did not star in What's Eating Gilbert Grape, that was Johnny Depp. Pinot Noir is sourced from about 1km above the sea, on a vineyard that was planted about 26 years ago, which is roughly the same year as the aformentioned movie. It's just a very good Pinot Noir that's not trying too hard. I like that. And I like this. Red fruit, hazelnet, some creamy spiced oak, slight earthiness, Medium-bodied, enjoyable purity of fruit, a quiet succulence, fine dusting of tannin, acidity sitting evenly in the wine. Finish is dry and spicy, with a pleasant twiginess and orange peel perfume, and good length. Lovely wine. So nicely done." - 93 Points - Gary Walsh, The Wine Front 2020
"Vivid, light to medium purple/red colour. Very fragrant, lifted raspberry and red cherry aromas - very perfumed and charming. A fine-boned, light-bodied wine of very good intensity and low tannin. Delicate and lovely to drink young. A real bargain! (Grapes from the Mayfield and Borrodell vineyards. Clones MV6, 777, 114, 115. 40% whole-bunch ferment)" - 92 Points - Huon Hooke, Real Review 2019
