Pre-Vintage Dinner



Join winemakers Simon & Will Gilbert with Chef Pip Sumbak, for an evening of discovery and indulgence at The Cellar by Gilbert. 

Pip will be serving four courses paired with flights of Gilbert and international wines, which have been selected to showcase some of the very best regions & grape varieties throughout the world. Simon & Will are set to join you for dinner, along with our winery crew to chat about the wines throughout the evening and also the upcoming vintage.

The Pre-Vintage Dinner starts at 6.30pm. Saturday 17 February 2018 at The Cellar by Gilbert. 

$140 per person includes oysters & champagne on arrival, four courses by Pip Sumbak, an array of Gilbert and international wines.
