When signing up to The Collector you agree to the following terms:

I hereby agree and understand that The Collector membership will entitle me to a mixed 6 pack two or four times per year. The mixed packs will be selected by The Gilbert Family Wine Company. The pack will consist of a variety of Gilbert Family Wine labels. I understand that my minimum length of membership is 6 months. I can cancel or skip an order after this time in writing to collector@gilbertfamilywines.com.au or 137 Ulan Road, Mudgee NSW 2850.

As a member of The Collector, I authorise The Gilbert Family Wine Company to debit my credit card, and any card issued to me in renewal or replacement thereof, with the cost of my Collector pack 10 days prior to each dispatch. I understand my 6 pack will be delivered to the address I have provided automatically unless I advise The Gilbert Family Wine Company in writing at least 1 month prior to dispatch of a different address. Should I not be home at time of delivery I authorise The Gilbert Family Wine Company to advise the freight company to place my wines in a secure place near my front door, unless specified otherwise in writing. If there are persons at my premises who cannot provide proof of age ID at the time of delivery, I understand the wine will not be left at my premises and must be collected from the nearest depot within 5 business days.

I understand that providing my contact information to The Gilbert Family Wine Company, I give them permission to contact me via email, phone and mail and that my personal information will be collected and used in accordance with the privacy policy set out at www.gilbertfamilywines.com.au. I certify that I am over 18 years of age.
